We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Some items may not be eligible for return, such as final sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, and perishable goods. (Edit this list to match your products.)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@averaxshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back within 15 days of receiving instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover the cost.
Refunds, Credit & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved returns can be resolved as:
- A refund to your original payment method
- Store credit
- An exchange for a different size, color, or item
Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement, refund, or exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
