Thank you for shopping with Averax! This policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, sales), processing may take slightly longer — we'll do our best to notify you of any significant delays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $50
  • Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate of $6.99, calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS / UPS / FedEx . The carrier used may vary based on your location and package size.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Delayed packages: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, contact us at info@averaxshop.com and we'll help investigate.
  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@averaxshop.com  we'll do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
